International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) has announced the launch of a major advertising campaign for Xpress, the company's online flavour and fragrance catalogue aimed at small and medium sized companies in a variety of industries.
Major print trade publications will run full-page colour ads featuring imagery from IFF's existing corporate advertising campaign. IFF revealed that two distinctive ads had been created: one featuring photos of fruits and vegetables for flavour publications and one with flowers for fragrance publications. The trade campaign will begin running in September issues.
Xpress is IFF's online flavour and fragrance catalogue that offers home care, personal wash, toiletries and fine fragrances scents as well as beverage, sweet, savoury, and dairy flavours. Samples are shipped out within 24 hours and orders are shipped out in 5-7 business days. Xpress also offers marketing information, including trends, catalogue collections, and product features.
The service is designed to cater to the needs of small- to medium-sized customers, offering a level of customer service often not received from the big suppliers.Xpress customers who have registered on iffxpress.com have their own customer service representative as well as an account manager to handle everyday needs. Xpress operates in the US but IFF has said that it will look to expand worldwide.
