Church & Dwight Elects Craigie President & CEO

The maker of Arm & Hammer toothpaste, Church & Dwight, has elected a new president and chief executive officer. James Craigie, who also takes a seat on the board, will succeed Robert Davies, who will remain as chairman.

Manufacturer of personal care and household products Church & Dwight said the management changes would be effective from 6 July 2004.

Davies, who re-joined the company in 1995 as president and chief executive officer, and was elected chairman and chief executive officer in 2001.
