RCPharma brings Skin Benefits to US

Skin Benefits’ line of anti wrinkle strips and eye pads has been reformulated and repackaged for its US debut.

RCPharma, the exclusive distributor for the line, believes the new look which features at least 80 percent recycled paper packaging better reflects the botanic and herbal ingredients included in the formulation.

The redesign will be rolled out to other markets such as the UK, where the product is already in circulation, later in the year.

RCPharma will primarily introduce a small segment of the full range to the US market containing the products it best feels suit the market.

These include green tea revitalizing eye pads, cucumber cooling eye pads and an anti-wrinkle neck gel patch, but the company stated that an organic cosmetic line was imminent.

Mass price point

All the products retail at under $10 and RCPharma claims this gives the range the perfect combination of price point and product benefits.

“There are tremendous opportunities for a value-priced brand of natural skin and beauty products,” said RCPharma CEO Ronald Czerniec.

The reformulated line was introduced at Beauty World Middle East earlier this summer, and RCPharma showcased it at the recent HBA trade show.

“The Skin Benefits brand has a proven track record of success in the UK, Canada, Australia…and other international markets, and we have initially selected the best-sellers that are most appropriate for the US market.”

The products will be available from October 2009 on the brand website (www.skin-benefits.com) and the distributor is searching for retailers around the US.

A social media presence on MySpace, Facebook and YouTube will support a national publicity push, according to the company.
