Alpha Packaging expands its line of indented PET Packers

Personal care manufacturer, Alpha Packaging has launched three new polyethylene terephthalate (PET) indented label, large round packers to the market, said to be ideal for supporting bulk quantities.

According to Alpha, 3785cc (1-gallon) and 6250cc packers come in new sizes that are both larger than the PET packers previously available, while the new 1500cc packer is a lightweight version of its counterpart and is available in multiple gram weights.

The new 98.5-gram 1500cc packer is now to be Alpha’s standard weight for this size, whilst the 141-gram option will be available for companies seeking a heavier weight.

Customers have reported that our plastics exceed the quality accepted within their industries. We have invested in new systems to further ensure our packaging is ready to be filled when it reaches the customer”, said an Alpha spokesperson.

Pick and choose

The new packers are available in clear, white, cobalt blue, dark green, light and dark amber and feature a 110mm thread neck, except for the 6250cc, which boasts a 120mm. All are manufactured using a single-stage blow molding process.

The indented label panel style protects your label from scuffing during shipping and at retail, and the generous neck widths allow consumers to use large scoops”, the spokesperson explained.

Meeting expectation

The manufacturer also mentions it’s eager to keep evolving in order to meet customers' needs for quality in the cosmetic industry.

One way they say, is by implementing leak detection tests in order to prevent leak-related problems in their products, as a small leak can often mean big trouble in a filling line.

"Our manufacturing process intergrates the finest FDA-approved raw materials with state-of-the-art equipment and stringent quality control procedures."

In addition to manufacturing, Alpha has tool-making capabilities and offers in-house design on CAD/CAM systems, serving as a strategic industrial design partner for customers in a variety of industries.
