Brazilian Blowout moves production to California
Brazilian Blowout has moved production of its hair smoothing treatment, Acai Professional Smoothing Solution, from Brazil to a facility in Southern California.
The company has already begun distributing its US-manufactured product in California and expects that the facility will be fully operational and capable of supplying all of its US markets by December 31, 2012.
“All of us at Brazilian Blowout have strong ties to California,” said Brazilian Blowout CEO Mike Brady. “We first introduced our product in Los Angeles five years ago and we are pleased to be able to secure additional jobs in this state.”
The company emphasized that its stylists and their customers will notice no difference in the product made in the new facility and that the US-manufactured product is compliant with all California VOC standards.
