Despite the California-based makeup line already being present in Ulta, Sephora, Douglas Perfumeries, Manor Department Stores, Beautik and free-standing stores, it is aiming to further expand its distribution throughout Europe.
The brand has recently launched Corporate Ecommerce sites in Italy, France and Spain and opened new offices located in Wiesbaden, Germany to better cater to its growing customer base. In addition, it has also opened European distribution centres.
"NYX continues to expand rapidly around the globe, with international growth being a major point of focus for the brand. Each year, we collaborate with our international strategic partners at the Cosmoprof shows in Bologna, Hong Kong and the United States.”
The company has also expanded retail space in Manor Department Stores in Switzerland, whilst also launching freestanding stores in the past few months in Thessalonike, Greece; Stockholm, Sweden; and Warsaw, Poland. NYX also has plans to expand with Douglas, to extend beyond the current distribution points in Germany, Austria, Turkey and The Netherlands.
Cosmoprof 2013
The 2013 edition of the Cosmoprof event in Bologna will boast a new layout as it bids to take a look at all the distribution channels available to the cosmetics industry.
Show organisers SoCeGos, a BolognaFiere Group company, has announced that the 46th run-out of the cosmetics fair will showcase a new exhibition layout, which was devised to reflect the new market trends and create an improved visiting experience by exploiting the fair's two main entrances, Costituzione and Michelino.
Taking place on March 8-11, the packaging, beauty and spa, nail and hair sectors will benefit from a new layout which organisers hope will guarantee companies from the relevant areas a dedicated visit, as well as offering visitors a more fluid, organic and focused experience.
NYX will be located in both the US and California Pavilion at Cosmoprof, which is exclusively created for showcasing brands headquartered in the state of California.
“We welcome retailers, press, and distributors to come see why NYX is the fastest growing Color Cosmetics brand in the world," says CEO, Scott Friedman.
