This year I will be moderating a series of presentations and a panel discussion as part of the Brand Development track. Entitled ‘Connecting with your Consumer: Insights into Engagement and Relationship Building, it will take place on Tuesday, June 18th, between 4:15pm and 5:30pm.

Connecting with your consumer...

The presentation will feature presentations from the two panel speakers, Ayca Cakmakli, design researcher at Smart Design, as well as Sara Manke, director of insights and strategy at the Integer group.

The presentations will feature highlights and insights into the comprehensive research and expertise that these two professionals have in this area, and will then be followed by a panel discussion that will be moderated by myself, with the aim of answering the most pressing questions related to this important area.
