Croda’s US division has announced the addition of Denise Costrini and Doug Krysiak, to its personal care marketing and sales teams, both of whom will be based at its North American Headquarters and Innovation Center, in Edison, New Jersey.
Costrini joins Croda as the marketing manager for its hair care division, with the aim of supporting the company’s ambitions to further develop its innovation and footprint in the hair care category.
Croda appointments based on years of industry experience
She has years of experience in the field of fine chemicals, working for both Univar and Dow Chemical Company in roles as diverse as market research, sales, global marketing and industry management.
Krysiak will take on the position of sales manager – personal care, a position he hopes to build upon from his 14 years of related experience in the similar fields.
Previously Krysiak has worked for both Tri-K Industries and Dow Corning, where his work had also focused on sales in the personal care ingredients category.
Coty appoints key mergers and acquisitions expert
Meanwhile, Coty has confirmed that Catia Cesari will be SVP Business Development, for the company’s Mergers & Acquisitions division, an appointment that will take effect from February 1st.
Cesari will join Coty’s Executive Committee and the company stated that she will report jointly to CEO, Michele Scannavini and CFO, Patrice de Talhouët.
With over 20 years of experience specific to the mergers and acquisitions area, Cesari has overseen both acquisition and restructuring activities within a number of major global consumer brand companies, including Jimmy Choo, Bally, and Belstaff.
