ICMAD tables one-day packaging conference in California

Industry body ICMAD has launched a one-day conference called MasterMinds Personal Care. Looking at the big issues in the cosmetics packaging category, the event will take place in Irvine California on September 9th.

The inaugural event is designed to help educate and inform industry profressionals on the latest packaging trends, materials, techniques, technologies and branding insights.

The organization has invited a broad selection of both industry leaders and packaging suppliers, who will be sharing their insights and expertise in this multi-billion dollar field.

Partnering with Nosco

ICMAD has chosen to partner with Nosco, a printed packaging solutions provider, for the event, which is being held at the Irvine Marriott.

The speaker agenda will start at 9am and will include a full-day conference comprising six presentation as well as a networking session at the end of the day.

  • 5 Key Insights to Branding for Optimal Growth
  • New Decorative Techniques
  • HP Indigo Digital Printing & Personalization
  • What's Around the Corner

Speakers will include Todd Henry, author of Accidental Creative, Laurie Pressman, vice president at Pantone, and Gary Bernier, director of labels and packaging NA at HP.

The final presentation, 'What’s Around the Corner', will be given by ICMAD president Pam Busiek, who will share insights into how the cosmetics packaging segment in North America is evolving.
