Bell LATAM announces new executive appointments
The global company is well positioned throughout the region, with sizeable operations covering Mexico, Central America and South America for both its fragrance and flavors operations., which also incorporate botanical extracts and specialty ingredients.
The new hires include Walter Wilde, who has been appointed as account manager for part of the company’s Central American operation and Fabiana Exobar, who is the new director of commercial operations at Bell Flavors in Brazil and Karen Perez, marketing manager for Bell’s Mexico location.

In his new position Wilde will be responsible for managing sales accounts in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras and Belize.
He has a 20-year background in the flavors and food industry and has built up his career experience working for multiple distributors, mainly in the LATAM region.
Previously he has worked as general manager of the Sweet business units, where he had responsibilities for Stevia development in both Latin America and North America.
Marketing manager and commercial director
Karen Perez has recently been promoted to marketing manager at Bell’s Mexico operation in Colonia San Carlos, Guadalajara, where she has been working within both the fragrance and flavors divisions since March 2015.
As part of her job, Perez has published four articles in trade magazines about fragrances and has also developed fragrance workshops in both the company’s Mexico and Colombia locations.
“In her new position as Marketing Manager, she is going to be in charge of managing the brand in Mexico through the development and implementation of strategies to continue positioning the brand and further generating value for the company,” said Cecilia Paredes, general director of Bell Mexico.
Finally, Fabiana Escobar’s new position as director of commercial in Brazil builds on her extensive experience in the flavors segment in sales and sales management during the course of 20 years.
