In addition to a full schedule of educational sessions and a packed exhibition floor, the 70th edition of the NYSCC’s Supplier’s Day convention featured an extravagant evening celebrating the announcement of the eight finalists for the CEW Awards Ingredients and Formulation category.
As detailed on the organization’s website, for 30 years, the CEW Beauty Awards have served as the only honors determined by the collective industry to recognize the most outstanding products, tools, and brands in the beauty and personal care industries.
This year’s Awards include 40 categories across bath & body, fragrance, hair, skin care, makeup, wellness, and indie brands. Additionally, there is a committee voted category that includes the Sustainability Excellence Award (Sponsored by dsm-firmenich) and the Suppliers Award: Ingredients & Formulation (Sponsored by NYSCC). The Suppliers Award recognizes “natural and/or synthetic ingredients or formulations that demonstrate new technology and innovation,” according to the CEW Award website.
