Refine Ginger

are active plant cells made with a specific biotechnology mixing plant cell dedifferenciation and a plant cell culture controlling the synthesis of active molecules inside cells.

Made from the legendary medicinal Asian plant Ginger, those active plant cells will help to refine skin texture at the level of pores and will improve skin complexion. The clinical study made on 22 women shows an improvement of around 50% in skin structure meaning pores reduction, a mattifying effect demonstrated by a reduction of shininess of 15% after 6 hours and a reduction of sebum of 19% after 28 days.

Refine Ginger are whole plant cells that enhance skin structure thanks to different actions proven by in vitro tests results: by increasing the synthesis of elastin and fibers and by decreasing sebum rate; and by reinforcing hydration and anti-oxidation. All those actions contribute to skin’s overall balance.

All tests were performed with a concentration of 0.5% of Refine Ginger (corresponding to 20% cells in 80% vegetable glycerine).

Refine Ginger is not allergenic, preservative free, and can be used in any type of formulation from skincare (anti-acne treatment, daily cream, essence and serums, masks, etc.) to make-up applications (foundation, primer, BB creams, etc.) in any type of formulation, liquid or solid.

Refine Ginger suits any type of skin, especially oily skins, and skins with pore open. Cosmos approvals and ISO 16128 certificates for all liquid forms available on request.
