A new flow meter has the ability to accurately measure bi-directional flow without processing contact, allowing producers of liquid cosmetics and toiletries to adapt it to their operations without structural overhauls, say its designers.

Parlux Fragrances has been warned that it will be delisted from the Nasdaq index because of non-compliance with stock exchange requirements. The news comes as the company attempts to sell off some of its fragrance brands.
