Seneca College in Toronto has launched a graduate-level certificate program meant to prepare students for careers in sales, regulatory, or laboratory roles in the cosmetics and personal care industries.
The deal, set to close next month, is expected to lead to more personal care brand acquisitions by the private investment firm.
